WHAT PAPER AND ENVELOPES DO YOU USE? The price includes all the paper and the envelope required. The paper will be A4 100gsm for colour letters, 80gsm for black only letters, and we use generic white envelopes. Mailings up to 14 sheets of paper will be in “C5” envelope (A4 folded in half), please note: 40p for additional colour page and 20p additional for black page only.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MAIL TO ARRIVE? The standard delivery service is 2-3 days (the same as Royal Mail Standard Class), although you can choose for your letters/documents to be sent First class. Items being posted overseas will take longer than this.
CHARGES? There will be no hidden charges and no extra charges, other than credit/debit card transaction fee. If however you are not satisfied with product/service a full refund is given minus any transaction fees.
TIME: Turn-a-around time is 24 to 48 hours via electronic means, after you have provided with all of the information that you wish to contain on your letter/document. Postage as above.
I don’t have a PayPal account or a credit card, how can I pay? You don’t need a PayPal account to make a payment. You can use PayPal as a guest (just read the instructions on the payment screen.

What if I’m not happy with the service? Can I request any changes? Of course! We actually insist that you tell us whenever you want something changed, added or removed! It’s up to you. And the best part is, any changes are ABSOLUTELY FREE!
